1. About Us

Tendermunch is a fresh meat delivery service operating in Karachi, Pakistan, offering beef, chicken, mutton, veal, and steak products for home delivery.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to enter into legally binding contracts to place an order with us. By ordering, you confirm the delivery address and contact details you provide are accurate.

3. Products

- We display product descriptions, weights, and prices as accurately as possible. Actual cut sizes may vary slightly due to the natural nature of fresh meat.
- Prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice; the price charged is the one shown at the time you complete checkout.
- Product availability may vary; we'll notify you if an ordered item is unavailable and offer a substitute, refund, or cancellation.

4. Orders

- Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item is out of stock or delivery isn't available to your area).
- Order confirmation will be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

5. Pricing & Payment

- We accept cash on delivery (COD) and card/online payments.
- You agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including any applicable delivery charges.
- For COD orders, payment is due in full to the rider at the time of delivery.

6. Delivery

- We currently deliver across Karachi, with next-day delivery on eligible orders.
- No deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (our meatless days).
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or operational factors beyond our control.

7. Doorstep Checking, Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our [Shipping & Return Policy] for full details. In summary: orders can be inspected and returned at the doorstep at the time of delivery if not satisfactory. Once accepted, orders are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, due to the perishable nature of our products.

8. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, submitting fraudulent orders, or interfering with the Site's normal operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tendermunch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products, beyond the value of the order in question.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
