Tendermunch currently delivers all over Karachi.

Delivery Timeline

We operate on a **next-day delivery** model. Orders placed within our daily cut-off window are delivered the following day.

Meatless Days: We do not process deliveries on **Tuesdays and Wednesdays**. This is a scheduled pause for sourcing and quality control, not a service interruption normal next-day delivery resumes from Thursday onward.

Delivery Charges

Delivery fee (if any) is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking

Customers with an account can track order status through their account dashboard. Guest checkout customers will receive updates via the contact details provided at checkout.

Doorstep Quality Check Policy

Every Tendermunch order comes with a doorstep-checking policy When your order arrives, please inspect it before accepting it from the rider. If the meat is not up to the mark quality, cut, or quantity. you may return it on the spot, at the doorstep, at the time of delivery. Once you accept the order and the rider has left, the order is considered final. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds after acceptance, given the perishable nature of fresh meat.

We strongly encourage every customer to open and check their order at the door before signing off or letting the rider leave.

Refunds

Where a return is accepted at the doorstep under the policy above, the refund or replacement will be processed as follows:

Cash on Delivery orders: no payment is collected for the returned item.
Card/online payments: refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing time may vary depending on your bank.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item, a missing item, or notice an issue at the doorstep, flag it with the rider immediately so it can be corrected on the spot. If something is only noticed after the rider has left, contact us right away on WhatsApp or email while our standard policy is doorstep-only returns, we review these reports on a case-by-case basis.
